If a TEG dehydration unit meets the exemption criteria, the owner/operator must maintain records of the applicable throughput or emissions determinations. The regulatory definitions of an Urbanized Area (UA) and an Urbanized Cluster (UC) are taken from the Census 2000 definitions.
