Processor Required to Account For Diverted Volumes Used for Gas Lift

In a recent case, the Louisiana Fourth Circuit Court of Appeal held that processors must also account for gas volume diverted to gas lift operations. Red Willow Offshore, LLC and Medco Energi US, LLC (collectively, “Red Willow”) were co-working interest owners of a natural gas well without the facilities to produce the well.
