With shutdowns and stay-at-home orders in place and regulatory deadlines looming, Louisiana operators are looking for guidance from regulators on how to proceed. For wells that have already been placed on a schedule of abandonment, Conservation already allows operators to delay the plugging of wells for up to a year.
