West Texas NGL Pipeline Expansion The West Texas NGL pipeline is being expanded to 740,000 barrels per day (bpd) to accommodate increasing NGL production. Scheduled for completion in early 2028 , with expansion potential beyond 400,000 bpd. ONEOK expects higher ethane recovery rates , further increasing the volumes transported.
