The OEM doesn’t design the whole car, and Arteris doesn’t design the whole chip, but they are a key piece of the final product (in this case the semiconductor). Nearly half of their advanced system deals are for internal combustion engines. What they do is akin to an auto-OEM that only designs transmissions.
