A pre-feasibility study was done on the deposit in October 2022. The proven economically recoverable reserves of the mine is 69 Mt of KCl at a grade of 28.9% There is another 122 Mt of probable reserves grading 27.5%. Following that, they will receive a mining concession from the Brazilian Ministry of Mines and Energy.
