Louisiana International Terminal Project Receives Federal Funding Boost

According to the 2023 State of the Port Address , the terminal is expected to generate 32,000 new jobs nationwide, 18,000 in Louisiana, and 4,300 in St. MVN-2021-00270-EG) in December 2021, and the project is currently in the design/permitting phase of the USACE’s environmental review process.
