On March 29, 2019, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced it had finalized a voluntary disclosure program for new owners of upstream oil and natural gas exploration and production facilities. Mr. Louis Buatt of Liskow & Lewis provided legal counsel to Range Resources in connection with that audit.
