Michael Lillis (“Lillis”) was one of the producers who sold natural gas to Kachina, dating back to 2001. Kachina argued that the Compression Station, though pre-existing, “effects delivery” by “lowering suction” which reduced upstream pressure and aided the flow of gas into the pipeline.
